New Organic Children’s Toothpaste From The Green People

Green People are delighted to announce the arrival of their first Certified Organic toothpaste. Already pioneering to provide toothpastes free from the chemical nasties and irritants found in most mainstream pastes, Green People have re-formulated their toothpastes to bring you NEW EcoCert approved products.

Free From SLS Too!!
Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, found in most high street toothpastes is a known irritant. Not just to the skin when used in body care products but studies on SLS have shown it can irritate the mouth when used in toothpastes, including triggering mouth ulcers in some individuals.

Smile – it’s all Natural!
Green People use a blend of natural Calcium carbonate to gently clean and remove plaque, whilst natural formulations of organic essential oils Vitamin C and Myrrh combat gum disease. Aloe Vera is added for its soothing effect on tender gums, helping to reduce swelling and also for its powerful antiseptic properties.

Organic Babies offers two great flavours in their EcoCert Certified range, Spearmint for a conventional fresh taste and Mandarin a sweeter option, perfect for kids who need extra encouragment! Both priced at £3.50 for 50ml.
All Green People Toothpastes are made without Fluoride, SLS, Triclosan, Sorbitol, Parabens, phthalates, artificial sweeteners, petrochemicals and colourants to bring you the purest children’s toothpaste that nature can offer.

Celebrating Mums received a sample of the spearmint children’s toothpaste. Mum tried it too in the interests of research. It not only cleaned effectively but left a really long-lasting freshness in the mouth. It is good to have the reassurance of what chemical nasties are missing from this product. The only downside from our point of view was the greyish colour of the paste which left our children a bit worried when compared with the usual brighter products. I am sure this is overcome as the children get used to a different product and, if anything, it gives a reason to discuss green issues with them too.
