Banana Chocolate and Pumpkin mix cake
170g Caster sugar
3 mashed bananas
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 table spoons of milk
75g Pumpkin mix munchy seeds
2 hand fulls of chocolate buttons
Mix all the ingredients together for a minimum of 2 minutes in a food mixer until everything is combined.
Have a ready made loaf/cake tin greased and lined.
Pour the mixture into the tin and cook for 1 hour in the center of the oven until golden brown and when skewer testing the skewer comes out clean.
The beauty of this cake is it is great to freeze as well so if you make too much you can bring it out for a picnic or a hike with the children over the summer holidays.
You can vary this recipe and leave the chocolate out.
